Impulse Designs is a FiveM development server focused on creating high-quality, realistic and easy-to-use content for communities of all sizes.

From police and emergency service liveries to custom EUP and department documentation, we create content designed to make your server look more polished and professional without compromising on usability.

Our Story

Impulse Designs began as Nutcase Development, originally established in 2021 with a focus on creating custom content for the FiveM community.

Since then, we've continued to develop, improve and expand what we offer. Impulse Designs represents the next step of that journey, bringing our experience together under one brand with a bigger focus on quality, consistency and customer experience.

What started as a small project has grown into a dedicated store offering ready-to-use products alongside fully customised commissions.

Where do i get my customer role?

Thank you for becoming a customer! To get your customer role please join our discord posted below.

Once in the discord you will find a channel called #get-customer-role, in that channel just follow the format and provide proof of purchase to receive your role!

We will be coming out with a better way to do this soon.

Do the Livery Packs come with vehicles?

No, our livery packs do not come with vehicles. For each livery product you can find which packs it supports in the description under "Supported Packages". These are the known car packs it supports however it may support more.

Where can i find addons for your EUP Packs?

Our EUP Packs have listed items that are supported for each pack. We likely redirect you to one of three places. ThinLineSanctuary, Blaze Modifications or Pyro. (Copy and paste name into browser)

Do your products work with QBCore, ESX, Standalone ect?

Short answer yes. Since the majority of our products aren't LUA scripts they work on any type of server.

Can i edit products i've purchased?

If you are looking to edit something on any of our products please open a ticket in our discord before doing so. We need to approve any edits. You can join our discord here.

Once joined, head to #open-a-ticket-here and open a support ticket.

COMMISSIONS

How do we price our commissions?

At Impulse Designs we have priced our commissions at a fair rate for time and effort put into making the liveries. We believe in making it viable for everyone to purchase whilst also maintaining a high quality end livery design once finished. (All payments are taken through Stripe) We will take PayPal in certain circumstances.

How does the process work for liveries?

Firstly, you must open a commissions ticket in #open-a-ticket-here.


You then need to identify how many vehicles you would like skinned and send over all needed templates and design ideas. (Please have these on hand)


We will then send you a link for payment, all money is taken upfront before the project is started on.
Updates will be sent to you regarding completion and asking you questions about said livery.


The final designs will be added to your account on the website for you to download whenever you please.
If you want changes to the final design we are happy to do it as long as the ticket is still open!

Do i pay before or after work has been started?

You pay for your commission before work has began. Money is held from anyone working on the project until it is complete. However, refunds are not authorised after any type work has started on the commission.

What payment methods do you take?

To find out what payment methods we take scroll to the bottom of our website and you can find the main providers we use. We mainly take card payments however if you want to pay with PayPal you can open a ticket in our discord server to enquire.

How long does it take to get my files?

The delivery of your product should be instant to your email you signed up with on the website. Make sure you check Spam folders if you cannot find it. If you have further issues open a ticket in our discord and provide proof of purchase!

Do you take BitCoin?

No, we do not take bitcoin. The only payment methods we accept are listed on the footer of the website. We also accept paypal through our discord. This is only in some cases.

How long does it usually take to get a response?

We usually respond on discord within 24 hours on a business day. If it is not a business day please allow more time.

Is there any other way to contact us?

Yes, on our website you can click the chat box in the bottom right. Once you send a message on there it sends a notification to the owners phones. If a notification is not received this is checked every day anyway.
