Terms of Service/Use

We ask you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing any products from our website.

By purchasing any items from our store you are automatically agreeing that you are bound to these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms that are listed below then you will not have the permission to purchase any products from our site. Failure to comply with our ToS will mean your rights to buy our products will be removed and you will be IP banned from our website and discord server.

Usage and prohibitions

  1. All digital items are strictly non-refundable.
  2. You may NOT share any files.
  3. If somebody donates an item to a server, once the original owner that bought product leaves the server owner MUST remove the product unless re-bought by them.
  4. Do NOT claim our work as your own.
  5. If caught editing or reselling any item from our store you will be IP banned and banned from our discord.
  6. Chargebacks and/or refunds are not prohibited on any payments to Impulse Designs unless permitted by the owner (Sgt_Nutcase)
  7. Modifying or copying any of our products will result in an IP ban and a ban from our discord.
  8. You must NOT unlock any model sold on our website and use it in an unlocked format.
  9. Do not edit or modify any textures unless explicitly given permission to do so, open a ticket in the discord.
  10. Impulse Designs will not take any responsibility regarding tampering with any products.
  11. All payments are taken through Stripe, we offer no other payment services.

Limitations

  1. Impulse Designs reserves the right to refuse any work with customers that are found to have “leaked” or “stolen” assets/resources on their server.
  2. Impulse Designs reserves the right to stop/cancel any in-progress work for any reason that the Owners see fit.
  3. Impulse Designs shall not release any editable files (.PSD, .AI or similar) to the customer under any circumstance.
  4. Impulse Designs reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any point without serving any prior warning.

Notice:
Products with "Pre-Order" or "Pre-Orders" in the title are products that may not be fully complete. These products are up for "Pre-Sale" are may not be available for download straight away from the website. Pre-Order members can claim perks in the discord however.

Impulse Designs is not responsible for any damages that occur to your game, server or computer
